Copenhagen’s Distortion Festival has added even more world-class artists to its already stellar lineup. Detroit house phenom MK, techno legend Mano Le Tough, and Bristol duo My Nu Leng are among the newest additions to the bill of the week-long festival, which serves as one of Europe’s largest annual gatherings, attracting about 100,000 attendees each year.
Distortion has announced 22 artists on the festival’s lineup, but around 70 total are expected to perform. Currently, known acts include Tiga, Dixon, Yung Lean, Babyfather, and HVOB making their Danish debut. The festival, which calls itself a celebration of Copenhagen nightlife, is celebrating its 18th edition June 1-4 this summer. As in the past, the festival hosts street parties throughout Denmark’s capital city and more intimate club shows at night, leading up to a two-day closing party at Copenhagen’s harbor.
